UKL Piston Valve is Seat less Glandless valve. 

The Sealing rings are the heart of the valves. They are made of KXGT; KXGT consists of graphite and tanged stainless steel between each layer of graphite.

The Klinger Piston valve works on the principle of Resilient rings in conjunction with a Metallic Stainless Steel Piston that moves vertically between the rings. The shut-off assembly comprises a piston, two valve rings, and a metal lantern bush. This sealing system gives a bubble tight shut off, equivalent to Class VI leak standards.

UKL piston valves are ideally recommended for critical and hazardous media, including Steam, Heat Transfer Oils, Acids, Gases, and Vacuum.
