flobiz gate valve are commonly used to completely shut off fluid flow or provide full flow in a pipeline. When the gate is fully drawn up into the valve, it retracts entirely, allowing the fluid to flow without reducing pressure. Hence it is used either in fully closed or fully open positions.

FLOWBIZ Non Rising Stem Gate valves are ideal for underground applications also where vertical space is limited because they do not take up extra space. Gate Valve is the multi turn valve slow in operation due to the threaded stem preventing water hammer effects. The Gate valve is given a by pass to balance the pipeline differential pressure which lowers the valves torque requirement and permits one person operation. While the by pass is open the main valve is closed and continual flow is allowed avoiding stagnation.
