The seat liner on the body is integrally molded to ensure outstanding dimensional stability & assured seat tightness.

FlowBiz engineers have dismissed the need for separate flange gaskets by extending the seat liner to the contact faces. In addition to it, it also ensures perfect sealing.

FlowBiz engineers have designed a narrow land disc design that ensures perfect sealing with least operating torque requirements. To ensure fitting of the valve between companion flanges of all popular standards (i.e., ANSI, BS, DIN,JIS, IS etc), our team developed a fully universal body design.

In addition to the close and open position, the notched disc & band lever ensures the valves locking in 8 intermediate positions. he hand lever can be locked through a padlock.

Superior FG 260 grade cast iron body casting ensures additional strength.

Stainless Steel/ductile cast iron made valve disc protects against possible water hammer or pressure surges.
